בזמן שחברת החשמל עושה קמפיין חדש לעודד משלוח חשבונות החשמל במייל... ניסיתי היום, 26 לינואר 2012, להיכנס לחשבון שלי באתר חברת החשמל (עם פיירפוקס), דרך "שירות אישי ללקוחות רשומים"...

וקיבלתי הודעת מסך:

ניסיתי להיכנס לכתובת הזו, עם גוגל כרום, וזו ההודעה שקיבלתי:

הסיפור שלי עם "חברת החשמל למדינת ישראל" החל לפני כמה חודשים, כשהצעתי כמה הצעות ייעול, לאחר שנתקלתי בכמה מחסומים בשירות שלהם. אולם, כל הצעותיי נדחו בזלזול וחוסר מקצועיות מזעזע ומשפיל.

בהזדמנות אעלה, בלי נדר, עוד סיפור או שניים מההתנהלות שלהם איתם, שאפילו "אמון הציבור" לא יכלו לסייע לי.

בסיפור הנוכחי, הנ"ל, נראה שהאתר שלהם ממש, אבל ממש, לא מאובטח בסטנדרטים המקובלים.
ושוב, זה מקרין רע על חברת החשמל ועל מדינת ישראל!!
